I’m back and on track.
It’s been a while since I posted on tumblr. I continued to workout and watch what I was eating but unfortunately as uni work got more demanding it all slipped. However, I’m on my summer holidays and I’m ready to kick my arse back into shape. Im keeping track of my measurements and my food intake. I currently aim for 1600 calories per day but I don’t restrict myself, if I’m hungry I eat, I just make sure it’s healthy. As for working out, I’m currently following Jamie Eason live fit 12 week programme. I’ve only started this week but I will keep you all posted on how it goes.
I’m hoping to get stronger, fitter and healthier.
